1] Which is the best and most reliable way to order products?

The best and fastest way for orders is to call us at our business timings.



2] Is it possible to sent orders also by email?

Orders can be sent also by email, however it will be only taken into process after we have received the payment.

1] How payments of ordered goods can be done?

Payment can be done either by demand draft or at par cheque payable at Pune.



2] Is Electronic Clearance Services (ECS) payment also accepted?

Yes, you can also sent your payment through ECS.



3] How the order gets processed by CYRUS?

After recieving your technically and commercially clear order and after we also recieved the payment as stated in our quotation your order will be processed.



4] How long is the usual time till the ordered goods will be delivered?

All common electrodes are normally ex-stock, that means we have them in our storage, other-wise within 7 working days. For non standard sizes and products the delivery period can vary from 4 to 6 weeks. For wear plates delivery period is 8 to 10 weeks. All other products the stipulated time is within 7 to 10 working days.



5] How I will receive the ordered goods, is delivery at the door step possible?

For our products we have two categories with different VAT’s existing at the moment, one is chargable at 4% VAT, the other is at 12.5 % VAT. Detailed information regarding this you will get with our quotation as well as in our invoice at the time of delivery



6] How high is VAT which is additonally payable on the ordered goods?

For our products we have two categories with different VATs existing at the moment, one is chargable at 5% VAT, the other is at 12.5 % VAT. Detailed information regarding this you will get with our quotation as well as in our invoice at the time of delivery .



7] What are your exact business timings to order by telephone or for any support request?

Our working hours are from Monday to Saturday 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM Sunday we are closed.



8] Does CYRUS gives any warranties regarding transportation risks?

Cyrus doesnt take any responsibility for stolen packages, fully or any partial damages to the package after being left our premises to customers address. We at CYRUS highly recommended asking for insured transportation which can be arranged at extra cost through National Insurance Company.



9] After placing a order is an exchange of destination address for delivery possible?

Once an order is registered, you can usually not make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. An request for alteration can be sent by email to us and in case we receive the message in time we will change the delivery destination accordingly.



10] Does CYRUS provide an exchange possibility for already delivered goods?

Our exchange policy is that goods once left our premises can not be taken back or exchanged in any way or conditions.

1] What types of services are provided by CYRUS and how to book them?

We provide full services in welding, ceramic coating and plasma cutting. We also provide support as service, for details please refer to our detailed service site. To book our services, the fastest and best way will be to call us at our business timings.



2] Can we book these services for works at our locations?

Yes of course, we provide on-site service.



3] Is there a choice to off load our job at your workshop premises?

Yes of course, this possibility is available for our customer and the jobs can be off loaded at our workshop in Undri.

1] What would be customer’s scope in case of booked on-site services?

llequipments and consumables required for the desired jobs has to be maintained from our customer. Also lodging and boarding facilities should be arranged for our team.



2] Do you offer different schemes of service jobs?

We are offering two type of categories in our service jobs, only labour and all consumables will be supplied by the customer – we will only provide only labour services or the job will be fully re-conditioned by us, which means including labour, machines and needed materials.



3] What are your terms and charges for your labour services?

Booking of our workforce for one full day, which means 8 working hours a day. The charges for each labourer depends on the job work which have to be done. Please apply for a quotation.



4] What are the payment terms for your services?

For our labour services 100% payment on completion of the job. For job works 30% advance along with the order or booking and the balance of 70 % is payable on completion of the job.



5] How high is VAT and/or Service Tax we have to add for your services?

For only labour services 12.36 % service tax will be charged on the invoice. For job works, which means labour and material, VAT and Service Tax will be both proposnatlly charged extra.



6] Does CYRUS give any warranties on services?

We are sorry but we can’t grant any warranties for any service jobs.

1] Do you visit customer at their premises?

Yes, our team of expert are eager to visit for a pre-inspection or else our customers at their location.



2] Shall we call for a pre-inspection support, before booking one of the services to give a job briefing?

Yes, it is always better and nearly at all times inevitable to make a pre-inspection at the customer location. Our team will visit the customers location within 2 working days of the request.

3] Are pre-inspection support services by visiting customer at their on-site charged by you?
No, this is one of our free services and is free of any cost.
